iwasa has been working very hard recently, creating a further range to the existing creation.
We introduce to you the iwasa Bag for L♥ve, made from upholstery material, triple machine stitching ensures that this iwasa Bag for L♥ve really “isa bag for life!” With two comfortable, sturdy handles and a fully gusseted bottom, this bag will provide for many heavy shopping trips and we challenge anybody to break it (during normal wear and tear – obviously it’s not for swinging from trees!) Although this hasn’t been tested yet, if this bag needs cleaning, sponge wipe or carefully use carpet or upholstery cleaner on the outside, using the directions on the bottle. Machine washing using a very low temperature and very little detergent may achieve a good result.
New to the Allambie family – iwasa introduces Allambie Roar. As the name suggests, the lining and sides of the bag have been made from leopard print material in polyester. But this bag has a double meaning. The outside of the bag has been made from pieces of dark denim and this time, the edges have been left raw, so the more use you get out of it, the more frayed the edges will become. Denim straps are secured with recycled denim belt loops and recycled metal strap rings. The recovered cord helps to ensure the contents within your bag remains secure and decorated with recycled wooden beads from unused jewellery. If you like the iwasa Bag for L♥ve but want something a little more special, we introduce to you the iwasa Eastern Charm. Made from the same upholstery material but decorated both inside and out with a bottle green table runner with gold designs, made from polyester. A very generous inside pocket gives you plenty of space to put your private or prized possessions away carefully from the rest of the contents of your bag and the rest of the bag is generous enough to cater for most commodities. One strong, comfortable strap with complementing tassles and beads which add to the Turkish theme. Although this hasn’t been tested yet, if this bag needs cleaning, sponge wipe or carefully use carpet or upholstery cleaner on the outside, using the directions on the bottle. I have been crafted from a pair of black denim jeans, a green bustier and an evening dress.
My main feature has been made from a green bustier which has been split into panels to make the effective patterning on me, contrasting with my black denim panels bringing out the blue fleck in my green pattern. My lining was a stunning bright orange ball gown in Chinese satin, protruding from the edges which further enhances my bright colours. My sides are made from further black denim. My straps have been made from black denim and orange ball gown piping. My straps are secured by strap loops salvaged from an unwanted existing bag. My zip was salvaged from the green bustier, open-ended making retrieving your items easier.
I am made from 99% recycled materials, the only purchased item was the cotton used to bind me.
I took approximately 10 hours to be born.
